Pickup Gacha Details

Pickup Gacha Medals

For every pull you perform in the "Pickup" gacha type (hereinafter referred to as Pickup Gacha), you will receive 1 Pickup Gacha Medal. The Medals can be exchanged at the Shop for eligible ★5 characters and ★5 weapons.

*You can also earn Pickup Gacha Medals when you use Gacha Tickets to pull.

*Pickup Gacha Medals do not have an expiration date.

*The items available for exchange with Pickup Gacha Medals will be updated periodically. Please refer to the "Exchange Period" at the beginning of this announcement for the dates.

Guaranteed ★4 or Higher Character

In Pickup Gacha, if you perform 9 pulls that all result in weapons, your next Pickup Gacha pull is guaranteed to be a ★4 or higher character.

For details on available characters, please refer to Gacha > Appearance Rates/History > Appearance Rates > Appearance Rates for Guaranteed ★4 or Higher Character.

*This guarantee applies whether you perform a 10-pull or 10 single pulls.

*This guarantee also applies whether you perform 10 pulls on the same Pickup Gacha or a total of 10 pulls across different Pickup Gachas.

*You can check your past gacha results by going to Gacha > Appearance Rates/History > History.

*Gacha results from the "Standard" or "Special" type gachas do not affect this guarantee setting. You can check the gacha type on the Gacha screen and in Gacha > Appearance Rates/History > History.

Obtaining Duplicate Characters

When you obtain a character you already own, the duplicate copy will automatically be converted into Encounter Stones and/or Talent Shards based on their rarity and how many times you've obtained them. Encounter Stones can be exchanged for various items in the Shop, while Talent Shards can be used to Ascend characters.

Obtaining Weapons

When you obtain a weapon, you will receive Encounter Stones based on its rarity. Encounter Stones can be exchanged for various items in the Shop.

*If your weapon storage is full, any weapons and Encounter Stones you receive from Gacha will be sent to your Mail.

*Unlike characters, when you obtain a weapon you already own, the duplicate copy will not be automatically converted.

In addition, you can obtain Refinement Crystals by disassembling ★5 weapons from Gacha. Refinement Crystals can be exchanged for certain ★5 weapons in the Shop. For more details, please go to Gacha > Weapon Exchange.

*To disassemble weapons, open up the global menu on the top right of the Home screen > Storage.

*Weapon Exchange is limited to 1 time from the game's release until 2025-09-30T18:59:59Z.

*Starting from 2025-09-30T19:00:00Z, Weapon Exchange will be limited to 1 time per month, and will reset on the 1st day of every month at 04:00 JST.
