・The sequential distribution items that we announced in the update to this announcement on 2025-11-05T16:00:00Z have been distributed.
*Accounts created before the start of the emergency maintenance on 2025-11-05T05:20:00Z are eligible for the sequential distribution items.
*For players from whom the items could not be fully recalled, the compensation has been calculated by subtracting the unrecovered amount.

Below is a report detailing the nature of the issue and the measures we have taken.
・An issue occurred starting 2025-11-05T03:00:00Z in which mission rewards and clear rewards for Fierce Battle Area (Permanent) [London] and [Tachikawa] could be obtained multiple times under specific conditions.
・As a result of the issue, players were able to obtain Dimensional Crystals (Free), Credits, Proofs of Valor, Emblems of Defense, and various items purchased with these currencies beyond the intended amount.
Prioritizing fairness and data restoration for all players, we have taken the following actions:
▽ Dimensional Crystals (Free)
・All Dimensional Crystals (Free) acquired beyond the intended amount have been recalled.
・Players whose Dimensional Crystals (Free) balance fell below 0 after the recall have been temporarily restricted from logging in to allow for more accurate recall and data restoration. Details on login restrictions will follow below.
▽ Credits and Proofs of Valor
・Credits and Proofs of Valor acquired beyond the intended amount have been recalled. This adjustment will not result in a negative balance.
・To ensure fairness, we will incrementally distribute the maximum amount of Credits and Proofs of Valor that could not be recalled to all players.
However, for players from whom the items could not be fully recalled, the amount that was not recalled will be subtracted from this distribution.
▽ Emblems of Defense
・Emblems of Defense acquired beyond the intended amount have been recalled. This adjustment will not result in a negative balance.
・To ensure fairness, we will incrementally distribute a set amount of Emblems of Defense to all players.
However, for players from whom the items could not be fully recalled, the amount that was not recalled will be subtracted from this distribution.
・Additionally, players whose Emblems of Defense balance fell below 0 after the recall have been temporarily restricted from logging in to allow for more accurate recall and data restoration.

・As a result of the item recall, players whose Dimensional Crystals (Free) or Emblems of Defense balance fell below 0, and for whom immediate restoration is difficult, have been temporarily restricted from logging in.
