Step-Up Gacha Overview

In the Step-Up Gacha, each step comes with perks such as Dimensional Crystal discounts or a guaranteed ★5 character.

*This Step-Up Gacha has 6 steps from STEP 1 to STEP 6. Pulling STEP 6 will reset the gacha back to STEP 1.

*This gacha is limited to 2 cycles. After you perform 2 cycles of pulls, this gacha will no longer be displayed.

*The Step-Up Gacha's lineup includes certain characters and weapons that were introduced up until 2026-07-10T03:00:00Z.

*You can earn Step-Up Gacha Cards from this gacha. However, you cannot earn Pickup Gacha Medals or THE GAME Gacha Medals.

*This gacha can only be performed using Paid Dimensional Crystals.

Step Details

Step-Up Gacha Cards

In "Narumi's Week at Work" Release Date Announcement Step-Up Gacha and 1st Anniversary Step-Up Gachas I - VII, you can earn a set number of Step-Up Gacha Cards at each step.

A total of 50 cards can be obtained in a cycle from STEP 1 to STEP 6, amounting to 100 Step-Up Gacha Cards after completing 2 cycles.

Step-Up Gacha Cards can be exchanged in the Shop for select characters and weapons released up until June 30.

*During the period, completing 2 cycles for all Step-Up Gachas will yield a total of 800 Step-Up Gacha Cards.

*Step-Up Gacha Cards will expire on 2026-10-14T02:59:59Z. Please note that any Step-Up Gacha Cards not used within the period will be removed.

Obtaining Duplicate Characters

When you obtain a character you already own, the duplicate copy will automatically be converted into Encounter Stones, Apatite Petals, and/or Talent Shards based on their rarity and how many times you've obtained them. Encounter Stones can be exchanged for various items in the Shop, while Talent Shards can be used to Ascend characters. Apatite Petals can be exchanged for select ★5 characters in the Shop.

Obtaining Weapons

When you obtain a weapon, you will receive Encounter Stones based on its rarity. Encounter Stones can be exchanged for various items in the Shop.

*If your weapon storage is full, any weapons and Encounter Stones you receive from Gacha will be sent to your Mail.
*Unlike characters, when you obtain a weapon you already own, the duplicate copy will not be automatically converted.

In addition, you can obtain Refinement Crystals by disassembling ★5 weapons from Gacha. Refinement Crystals can be used to amplify weapons or exchange for certain ★5 weapons in the Shop. For more details, please go to Gacha > Weapon Exchange.

*To disassemble weapons, open up the global menu on the top right of the Home screen > Storage.

*Weapon Exchange will be limited to 1 time per month, and will reset on the 1st day of every month at 04:00 JST.
